ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
This agreement has been concluded electronically between the SELLER, whose information is provided below, and the BUYER, who purchased a digital product through the website www.giftsore101.com, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the digital images, music, videos, etc. ordered by the BUYER through the website www.giftsore101.com. It determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital creative products.
ARTICLE 3 – ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CONTRACT
By confirming their order on www.giftsore101.com, the BUYER acknowledges that they have read, understood, and approved this agreement.
ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the products are specified on the order page. Products are delivered digitally.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment is made by credit/debit card through the iyzico infrastructure. Delivery is made by sending a digital download link to the BUYER within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
According to Article 15/ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in the digital environment or intangible goods delivered instantly. Therefore, no product returns or refunds will be accepted after payment is completed.
However, in the event of a technical issue or incorrect file submission, the SELLER reserves the right to provide a free correction or reshipment.
ARTICLE 7 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The BUYER declares that they have read and electronically approved the basic specifications, sales price, payment method, and delivery information regarding the contracted product.

2. If the SELLER cannot deliver the contracted product within the specified time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, they will immediately notify the BUYER.

ARTICLE 8 – ENFORCEMENT
By placing an order, the BUYER accepts all provisions of this contract. The contract enters into force upon order confirmation.

MADDE 1 – TARAFLAR
İşbu sözleşme, aşağıda bilgileri bulunan SATICI ile, www.giftsore101.com alan adlı internet sitesi üzerinden dijital ürün satın alan ALICI arasında, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümlerine uygun olarak elektronik ortamda akdedilmiştir.

MADDE 2 – KONU
İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, ALICI’nın www.giftsore101.com internet sitesi üzerinden siparişini verdiği dijital görsel, müzik, video vb. dijital kreatif ürünlerin satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili olarak tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.

MADDE 3 – SÖZLEŞMENİN KURULMASI
ALICI, www.giftsore101.com üzerinden siparişini onayladığında işbu sözleşmeyi okuduğunu, anladığını ve onayladığını kabul eder.

MADDE 4 – ÜRÜN BİLGİLERİ
Ürünlerin türü, adedi, satış bedeli, ödeme şekli ve teslimat bilgileri sipariş sayfasında belirtilmektedir. Ürünler dijital ortamda teslim edilir.

MADDE 5 – ÖDEME VE TESLİMAT
Ödeme, iyzico altyapısı üzerinden kredi/banka kartı ile yapılır. Teslimat, ödemenin onaylanmasından itibaren en geç 24 saat içinde ALICI’ya dijital indirme linki gönderilerek gerçekleştirilir.

MADDE 6 – CAYMA HAKKI VE İADE KOŞULLARI
Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği’nin 15/ğ maddesi uyarınca, dijital ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmetler veya anında teslim edilen gayri maddi mallarda cayma hakkı bulunmamaktadır.
Bu nedenle, ödeme işleminin tamamlanmasının ardından ürün iadesi veya ücret iadesi yapılmamaktadır.
Ancak, teknik bir sorun veya yanlış dosya gönderimi durumunda SATICI, ücretsiz düzeltme veya yeniden gönderim hakkını saklı tutar.

MADDE 7 – GENEL HÜKÜMLER

1. ALICI, sözleşme konusu ürünün temel nitelikleri, satış fiyatı, ödeme şekli ve teslimata ilişkin bilgileri okuduğunu ve elektronik ortamda onayladığını beyan eder.
    

2. SATICI, mücbir sebepler veya olağanüstü durumlar nedeniyle sözleşme konusu ürünü süresi içinde teslim edemezse, durumu derhal ALICI’ya bildirir.
    

MADDE 8 – YÜRÜRLÜK
ALICI’nın sipariş vermesi, işbu sözleşmenin tüm hükümlerini kabul ettiği anlamına gelir. Sözleşme, sipariş onayı ile yürürlüğe girer.
